Rosa helped us during the whole process of not just find the house that we was looking for, but, deal with the seller's attorney, people with the mortgage department that was working on my loan. Every time I had a question or concern, she was there to answer me. My family really have no word to express how wonderful she was with us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rosa! We were moving from out of state so I had to rely on reviews like this to find her. I contacted a few agents but she was the first to get back to me. From the beginning, she gave really good advice (which was helpful for the first time home buyer), and quickly came to understand the kind of home we were looking for, even once calling us to show us a great house that had not been on our radar when she went there with a different client who was not interested in it. Again and again, she went above and beyond, showing us homes over facetime when we could not come out (and even eventually doing the inspection for us in this way). When we ended up in a sticky situations with a not so great sellers' agent, she knew what to do, and when the home we did buy had some undisclosed issues on closing day, she helped negotiate a fair outcome. What can I say about Rosa Wyse? Run right out and hire her ASAP. Rosa came recommended after a horrible experience with a previous realtor. I emailed her at 8pm and she responded right away. She showed me the house the next day and an offer was made the day after. Explanations of every single process of everything was given. She knows her stuff. Not only did she recommend an amazing inspector, she recommended an amazing lawyer and mortgage company. Communication and promptness is key for me and she would email me every day to see how I was during the waiting process and to explain each step in detail. She even assisted in finding a plumber!! Great negotiator, very pleasant, prompt and the best part was she listened to me. She didn't push other homes on me. She took the time to cater to my needs. Rosa was wonderful to work with! She was tireless in looking at houses with us, available all hours. She is obviously incredibly experienced and really knows houses. While we were looking at the space and design of the houses , Rosa was good at pointing out the underpinnings of the houses. This helped us to understand some of the basics with the furnaces, electric, insulation etc that we did not see. This was invaluable. It seemed to us that she did not just want us to buy a house but the right house.

When we found the house that we wanted, Rosa was excellent in guiding us through the process. With inspection issues, Rosa negioted for us very well! We were also incredibly happy with the people that Rosa has recommended for financing, inspection, etc. She made everything smooth.
