My aunt and uncle's home needed to be sold rather quickly due to health issues. Shawn placed the house on the market, provided me with a gentleman to help clean out the trash and unwanted items, got me a dumpster and sold the house in a little more than a week. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.

We never felt alone during the home buying process. She giuded us every step of the way...and went over and beyond what she needed to do. She quickly took care of any of our fears and tackled challenging situations promptly and efficiently. We had a few bumps in the road and she flattened them out like a steam roller!

In the beginning, she spent a few weeks showing properties to us in several towns. Then we had an unexpected family matter and needed to take a couple of months off from home shopping. Rosa gave us the time and space we needed and let us know that she would be there when we were ready, NEVER pushing at all. She wanted us to feel 100% comfortable with every decision. When we were ready again, she met us on a frigid cold January day in an unheated and winterized home. It was freezing in there but she didn't let it bother her at all. We all stood there with heavy coats, hats, gloves and dripping red noses while writing up our offer to purchase.

For the next two months, Rosa followed up with every detail, making sure that it was completed. She kept us updated on a daily basis with the status and let NOTHING slip through the cracks. Our home purchased seemed as personal to her as it was to us and that's what you call a truly a gifted professional. Thank you, Rosa. You are the best!

Rosa was exceptional! She was with us every step of the way in our home-buying journey. She was knowledgable about the current real estate market in our area and the history of the neighborhoods we looked at. She helped us notice potentially critical problems with the homes and she reasonably negotiated for additional items to be included in our purchase. Shawn is the best. Hands down. My wife and I were looking for our first home and completely lost in the process. Luckily we met shawn who took everything and made sure we understood everything along the way. He was constantly on all parties involved to ensure our deadlines were met. He is also an experienced contractor which is a good find in realator. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future.

We just love Rosa!! My husband and I work opposite shifts and have a toddler so coordinating when to see homes could be difficult. HOWEVER, Rosa was so flexible. She was willing to show us homes whenever it was convenient for us. We were able to view plenty of homes until we found the perfect one for us! She was with us every step of the way. Purchasing a home can be stressful and Rosa was always there to lend an ear and offer reassurance.
