Finding Rosa the best part about my home buying experience! My brother looked on Zillow for reviews of agents because I had a few agents that were of absolutely no help. I called Rosa and she called me back almost immediately. From our first conversation, I knew she was going to have my back. She was professional, polite, interested in what I had to say and super personable. I had a few homes in mind that I wanted to see so Rosa scheduled the showings for the next day. I'm a single first time home buyer with a large wishlist and a small budget. This was a team effort. Some days Rosa would send me homes she thought I'd like and other days I'd call her from work asking to see a house same day. Rosa made it happen! I went from looking at existing homes to new construction/building back to existing homes and Rosa went with the flow. She has climbed through basement windows, spent hours showing me homes, and negotiated to get the house I wanted for the price I wanted. I felt completely comfortable with Rosa and I knew she had my best interest. I can't say that about most agents. Rosa knows the area, the market, the process and she educates the buyer so that you know everything you possibly can before you make a purchase. Talk about being organized - Rosa is always 5 steps ahead to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. She worked with my mortgage guy and my attorney as well as with the seller agent to make sure nothing was stopping me from owning my home even a day later than when I wanted. Even after the purchase, Rosa follows up to see how you like your new homes and asks for pictures. She really cares about her clients! I respect Rosa so much for being honest and working hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I also appreciate that she "tells it how it is" instead of telling me what I want to hear just to close a deal. I plan to purchase many more homes in the future and I wouldn't give my business to anyone else. Rosa is truly the best out there!

As first time home buyers we were a little apprehensive and nervous about it. We could not have chosen a better realtor!! Rosa is not only extremely knowledgable of the market and area she walked us through the entire process and answered questions immediatly. We went with her team for financing and legal advice and even they were exceptional and impressive. She was on vacation when we suddenly changed minds closing on a house and she took care of it no problem, they were a little late giving our refund and she personally went and picked up the check and dropped it off for us.
