He followed through with getting us any information we needed from the sellers, had great information on local resources, and even after our home was purchased assisted us with getting a few questions answered from the sellers.

Rosa is a breath of fresh air, just the kind of person I was looking to work with when I decided to buy a home. Once I found Rosa's business website during a web search I emailed her to see if she would be interested in helping me find a home in Worcester. She emailed me back within hours and then followed up with a phone call the next day. We agreed to meet in person which we did and Rosa proceeded to educate me about pre-approvals, mortgages, and her intimate knowledge of the city of Worcester.

All of the people Rosa works and networks with in this industry are incredibly honest, helpful, and competent. What could have been a difficult and grinding experience was instead pretty easy and fun.

On our very first house hunting expedition I found the house I was looking for. After finding it I continued looking through the MLS listings that she emailed me every day because you can't buy the first house you like right? Rosa suggested that we set up another date to look at more houses.

However, right before we were even able to set up another appointment my favorite house received another offer. Oh no! I was ready to make an offer anyway, so it was on!

Rosa called me right away and within hours we put together my offer for the house. My offer was accepted which was so exciting. The best news! Anyway, after that it was a whirlwind of getting my loan and a great loan rate, and closing (un-officially) a day ahead of schedule if you can believe that.

I called Rosa whenever I had questions, concerns, in a panic attack, or anything that was concerning me, and she was cool as a cucumber, patient, and pro-active in dealing with all the stuff that came up. She was great with he sellers agent, came over when I had the house inspection, helped me get some of my closing costs covered, and made sure the house was in order before we closed. She was instrumental in making sure that the house was cleared out and clean for closing. Thanks Rosa!

When we found Rosa, we knew that she was the perfect fit for us! She is aggressive in the most positive way. She doesn't let anything slip and makes sure that everyone is doing their part so that the transaction goes smoothly. She has a lot of experience with mortgages and was able to help us understand what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. If it were possible, my husband and I would give her 10 stars. She is just simply wonderful!

It was a Short Sale. Rosa stayed on top of it and looked out for my best interest. The Short Sale had many obstacles and she guided me through, over, and around each one. Plus she's super nice!!

This was my first house buying experience and Rosa made it really easy. As we moved along with the process she gave us our space to look around and checked in every once in a while to see if anything peeked our interest. I would have to say her best attribute is moving along in the negotiation process, knowing how to work with the other realtors and us, to get to a deal. Being a first time buyer I was always asking questions and she was very easy to get a hold of and help me along with the process.
