Rosa made our first time home buying experience an extremely easy one ! She was very knowledgeable with FHA loans and the home buying process. She was extremely responsive and kept me up to date with each step along the way. She and the seller were very speedy at negotiating and we bought the house within a few hours of seeing it. Rosa worked very well and had great communication with my mortgage broker and together they got us into the house earlier than anticipated. I can't begin to say enough about my experience with Rosa! She made
the whole process go smoothly from start to finish. I work 3rd shift
and Rosa bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. She always
has such a pleasant and friendly demeanor! Her recommendations for
inspectors, attorneys, etc was also very helpful. I was under a time
crunch to find a house and Rosa constantly did specific searches to

Looking for my first home seemed like it would be a very long and stressful process but having Rosa as my agent made it enjoyable and it went quicker than expected.
