This is not an overstatement: my wife and I could be trapped in a dilapidated money pit today if it weren't for Rosa. She saved us! She was always incredibly quick to respond no matter when we called or texted her. It's hard to picture her being any more attentive if she were buying the house for herself.
The first house we fell in love with and made an offer on, failed the inspection horribly. And it was Rosa's recommendation of a GREAT inspector that saved us from getting stuck in a nightmare scenario -- so many hidden problems in that house that we never could have seen on our own.

Rosa is grounded, considerate, deeply ethical, and she truly cares about families. She herself is a Supermom, and her husband Shawn (they are partners in work as well as life) is also an expert in Short Sales and received a construction supervisor license -- so they have you totally covered.
The only real down-side with Rosa is that now that it's all over and we've moved into our dream-place, we miss hanging out with her!
