Rosa Wyse is the most dedicated, thorough and passionate real estate agent we have ever met. She is an accomplished professional! We met Rosa at an open house she was hosting about 18 months ago. She introduced herself and asked us some questions to gage what type of visitors we were (serious lookers or just out to browse). She discovered we weren't quite ready, but offered to help us get things prepared so we could sell our current house. She stopped by later that week to assess our home and gave us some good advice on things to update and other suggestions about de-cluttering and getting a pre-emptive home inspection. We made a lot of progress during the next 15 months. Just by chance on a Sunday, January 12th, we decided to attend an open house. We fell in love with the house. We contacted Rosa and told her we found a house and asked if she thought if we could sell our house quickly enough. She jumped right in and encouraged us to get the remainder of the work done so we could list and sell our house. We finished the work in a week and listed the house on Jan. 23rd. We had an open house the following Sunday and had an offer by the end of day the following Tuesday (two days later) on Jan 28th! Rosa also helped with referring us to a Real estate attorney who was fantastic and other professionals. We ran into a few challenges, but Rosa was right on top of things to help us resolve the issues and stay on track with our planned closing date of Feb 28th. Rosa was always there whenever there was a walk-though or inspection. She always acted in our best interest. She was available either in person, by phone or via text messaging to answer our questions and get us information (this included while she was away on a planned vacation). I highly recommend her! If I am ever in need of an agent I would not think of anyone else other than Rosa Wyse and Champoin Real Estate!

Our house wasn't an easy sell, we interviewed 2 other realtors before her and their price quote was 20K lower than Rosa's, I think because they wanted a quick sale. But not Rosa...she took the challenge head-on, did her market comp research, hosted an open house, and had 2 full-price offers the next day!! Our "hard to sell" home was only on the market for 4 days and we made a profit!
