Selling can be more stressful than buying but Rosa definitely streamlined and made the process as smooth as possible. Rosa is the best! Thanks to Rosa, my sister and I sold a house much more quickly and for a higher price than we had expected. I had never sold a house before, so I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but she made it amazingly easy. She made sure that everything moved along smoothly and quickly on both sides. I would have thought the fact that my sister lives out of state would have slowed things down, but Rosa handled it so beautifully that the distance did not matter. She even took the time one day to help me pick interior paint colors from the dozens of swatches that I had laid out all over the kitchen counter. Thanks to her expertise, we had an offer on the house a few days after it had been listed! We were amazed! Then, thanks to her great negotiating skills, we sold the house for a great (and fair) price.

We loved working with Rosa. She was very accommodating to our schedule, met with us at our home the same day that we had initially inquired, but was never pushy when we explained that we needed some time to prepare for the sale. When we finally were ready, she had the listing up with great pics on Friday of Mem Day Weekend and had 2 private showings that weekend. We had an offer very close to our asking price on Sunday! She took care of everything on fire inspections, being there when we couldn't for some electrical and other cleaning work, got us some very reasonable electricians and plumbers to do the work, and recommended a great local lawyer to handle the closing.
