Chris listed a home I was selling as part of settling an estate. He worked diligently to ascertain the right market value and sold it quickly and for the asking price. There were some significant repairs necessary, and he assisted in contractor choices and permit issues, and made sure the work was done to satisfaction. I have sold many properties and worked with many brokers, and would rate Chris at the top. He is responsive, perceptive, patient, and has the personal compassion and understanding which is so necessary for dealing with the real people involved in selling and buying a property.
