We had the privilege of meeting Rosa a couple of months ago, and the honor of completing our home purchase with her as our agent this week. This market was not in our favor, and we were relocating long distances with our large family for work, causing very strict time constraints with the odds stacked against us. Rosa helped us comb through potential homes and, when we finally found the one, she helped us initiate the purchasing process. She followed along step by step to ensure that we had every resource available to us. Rosa even maintained contact while she was on vacation, on her well-deserved personal time, and ensured we had a representative from her office available if she was unable to help us while out of state.

When I became overwhelmed at our closing she even took it upon herself to drive me to the bank, in her personal vehicle, to obtain the cashier's check for our closing costs and calmed me on the ride. Shawn really went out of his way to help us. Our house moved quickly at the price we wanted. He showed it off to great advantage and our open house went smoothly. When it came to buying. He worked with us to get everything we wanted for our new construction. He even walked through it with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. He also called to make sure we knew the warranty was about done on the house after the year was up. He was easy to work with and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable in the selling and buying of the house as well as construction.
